San Francisco Bay offers great fly fishing opportunities year round; with June-September being prime time.

Striped bass are the main target species but depending on the time of year by catch of Halibut, perch & leopard sharks is common.

The “middle grounds” from treasure island to Richmond, San Pablo Bay & Carquinez straight can all be productive areas depending on time of year.

Weather & tides dictate when SF Bay trips will be viable or not. Napa River is a great secondary option if the weather/tide is unfavorable.

SF Bay trips are geared towards the intermediate-advanced angler; with the intention that the client can cast proficiently, is comfortable in a boat & has a positive attitude!
